About the project “Understand me! – Mom, Dad, Teacher!”

The project, implemented as part of the Erasmus+ program, aims to combat discrimination and support LGBT+ youth by improving the skills of teachers, psychologists, educators, employers, and employees. Together with partners from Poland and Italy, we create workshops and training courses that help build safe and inclusive environments in schools, families, and workplaces. 🌈

As part of the project “Understand me! – Mom, Dad, Teacher!”, we have created a set of practical mini-guides that help understand and support LGBT+ youth in various environments: family, school, and workplace. Each guide contains specific tips, examples of good practices, and tools ready for everyday use.
