Project goal:
Preparation of an informational brochure
Raising the competencies of teachers, psychologists, and employers in supporting LGBT+ individuals through the development of 8 workshop programs.
Promoting equality and tolerance by conducting pilot workshops for 32 participants.
Counteracting discrimination against LGBT+ youth and adults in schools, families, and workplaces.

The project was created thanks to the collaboration of the ByMind organization, Anna Gabiga (POLAND), and ONDAMIND APS (ITALY).
ONAMIND APS
Ondamind APS is an Italian non-governmental organization that works for social change through mindfulness, non-formal education, and initiatives supporting marginalized groups. Its motto – "To do good, let’s start with well-being" – perfectly captures the philosophy of the team, which combines reflection, empathy, and creativity in educational activities.
The organization implements European projects, developmental workshops, and initiatives supporting youth, people with disabilities, and local communities. In the Erasmus+ project, Ondamind contributed international experience, organized study visits, and provided substantive support in creating the workshop program.

ByMind
ByMind is a Polish company based in Brzozówka (Małopolskie Voivodeship), founded by Anna Gabiga in 2022. Although it formally operates as an advertising and consulting agency, its mission goes far beyond marketing. ByMind specializes in educational and social projects, focusing on supporting individuals at risk of exclusion – especially youth, parents, and specialists working in the fields of education and social assistance.

Programs
We organized training for the employees of a large corporation aimed at increasing awareness of diversity and introducing inclusive practices in the workplace to create a more open and tolerant environment.
Additionally, as part of the project "Understand Me! – Mom, Dad, Educator!" we have created a set of practical mini-guides that help understand and support LGBT+ youth in various environments: family, school, and the workplace. Each guide contains specific tips, examples of good practices, and tools ready to be used in everyday life.
